Wereldhave N.V. has agreed to acquire shopping center Ville2 in Charleroi, Belgium for €120m, strengthening their position in the Walloon region. The acquisition is part of their growth strategy and is expected to have a positive impact on their direct result per share. Ville2 has a gross leasable area of 27,100 m² and is currently 8.5% vacant. Wereldhave plans to transform it into a Full Service Center and increase its value. The transaction is set to close in December 2025. Ville2 welcomes 4 million visitors annually and is home to popular brands like C&A, H&M, and Fnac.
