Wheat futures are up across the board before the holiday break, with Chicago SRW, KC HRW, and MPLS spring wheat all showing gains. Commitment of Traders data reveals managed money increasing their net short position in CBT and KC wheat futures and options. A South Korean importer bought 91,300 MT of wheat from the US and 40,000 MT from Canada. Prices for Dec 25 CBOT, Mar 26 CBOT, Dec 25 KCBT, Mar 26 KCBT, Dec 25 MGEX, and Mar 26 MGEX wheat futures are all up. The markets will be closed on Thanksgiving Day with a hard open on Friday.
