Wolters Kluwer N.V. has agreed to acquire Libra Technology GmbH, a Berlin-based AI tools provider for legal professionals, for up to 90 million euros. The deal is set to be finalized in November 2025 and is expected to achieve an ROIC of 8% within three to five years. The acquisition includes an upfront payment of 30 million euros, with the rest based on performance targets. Wolters Kluwer plans to integrate Libra’s AI assistant with its legal content for a comprehensive solution. Libra, founded in 2023, is projected to reach 5 million euros in annual recurring revenue by year-end. Wolters Kluwer stock is up 0.32% in Amsterdam.
