Aker Solutions secures a six-year frame agreement with ConocoPhillips Skandinavia for brownfield maintenance and modification services at the Eldfisk and Ekofisk oil and gas fields offshore Norway. The deal includes options for two additional three-year extensions, with work to begin in January 2027. The company will handle the contract from its Stavanger office and Egersund yard, creating job opportunities for offshore personnel.

The contract is expected to focus on standardised and efficient solutions to reduce costs while maintaining safety. Aker Solutions plans to continue its long-term collaboration with ConocoPhillips as a trusted partner for maintenance and modification work at Eldfisk and Ekofisk. The contract value is significant, dependent on the actual volume of work over the six-year period, and was booked in the fourth quarter of this year.

In addition to the agreement with ConocoPhillips, Aker Solutions, in a joint venture with Brunei’s PTAS, secured a two-year contract extension to provide offshore maintenance and modification services to Brunei Shell Petroleum. The JV will deliver restoration maintenance and construction services in the South China Sea, further solidifying its presence in the region. The contract extension underscores Aker Solutions’ commitment to delivering quality solutions globally.
