Allied Gold Corporation has begun operations and processing ore through a fresh ore comminution circuit at the Sadiola mine, part of a Phase 1 expansion strategy to increase production and reduce costs. The company plans to increase fresh ore feed from 20% to 60%, with production expected to reach 200,000 to 230,000 gold ounces annually by 2026. Additionally, Allied is in the final stages of studies for a Phase 2 expansion at Sadiola, aiming to become a mid-tier gold producer in Africa. Overall production for this quarter is expected to exceed 113,000 gold ounces, with a total annual guidance of over 375,000 gold ounces.
