Ares Management will replace Kellanova in the S&P 500 on December 11, as Mars Inc. acquires Kellanova in a pending deal. Vital Farms Inc. will take Heidrick & Struggles Intl Inc.’s spot in the S&P SmallCap 600 on the same day, due to a pending acquisition of the latter by Advent International and Corvex Private Equity. Sezzle Inc. is set to replace Vital Energy Inc. in the S&P SmallCap 600 on December 15, following Vital Energy’s acquisition by Crescent Energy Co. pending final closing conditions.
