Barclays appoints Jean-François Mastrangelo as head of markets for Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong. With nearly 20 years in global markets, Mastrangelo will oversee the bank’s global markets business in the region, focusing on platform development, product expansion, and client engagement. He reports to Adeel Khan and Jaideep Khanna.
