The Company’s common shares will continue to be listed on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange, with new CUSIP and ISIN numbers. Shareholders have received letters of transmittal to exchange old share certificates for new ones. The Continuance was approved by shareholders at a meeting on November 10, 2025.
