Berta de Pablos-Barbier will become Pandora’s new CEO on Jan. 1, succeeding Alexander Lacik, who will remain as a special advisor until the annual general meeting in March. Jennie Farmer will take over as CMO. The leadership transition, announced in September, is happening faster than planned, with a smooth handover.

De Pablos-Barbier aims to navigate market turbulence and grow Pandora into a full jewelry brand. Lacik, credited with leading Pandora’s successful turnaround and sustainability strategy, has no plans for another major executive role. Farmer brings experience from Oka, The Office Group, LVMH, De Beers Jewellers, and Forevermark.

Pandora looks forward to growth under Berta’s leadership, focusing on untapped opportunities as a jewelry brand. Lacik’s Phoenix strategy transformed Pandora beyond charms. The company aims to build a bigger Pandora under new leadership. Lacik, a Swedish native, is 60 years old and plans to step down from his current role in March.
