Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (CAPREIT) announced its December 2025 monthly distribution of $0.12917 per Unit, totaling $1.55 annually. Additionally, a special non-cash distribution of $0.90 per Unit will be paid on December 31, 2025, to distribute net capital gains to Unitholders. The Special Distribution will be in the form of capital gain for Canadian income tax purposes. The amount of the Special Distribution will increase the adjusted cost base of Unitholders’ consolidated Units.
