Clariant AG has appointed Marcelo Lu as President Designate for Care Chemicals & Americas, effective January 2026, following the retirement of Christian Vang. Lu will be based in Switzerland for the first six months, working closely with senior leaders. His previous roles include President of BASF Asia Pacific and Non-Executive Director of BASF India Ltd. Clariant AG closed trading 1.18% higher at CHF 7.28 on the Swiss Stock Exchange on Friday.
