Disney has nominated former Apple COO Jeff Williams as a director candidate for its 2026 annual shareholders’ meeting, increasing the board to 11 members if approved. Williams retired earlier this year after leading projects like the iPhone and Apple Watch. His tech background would complement Disney’s board, which recently added another tech executive.
