El Pollo Loco, a fire-grilled chicken chain, appoints Robert D Wright and Tana Davila as independent board members starting January 1, 2026. Wright, CEO of Potbelly Sandwich Works, brings experience from Wendy’s, Charley’s Philly Steaks, and Domino’s. Davila, CMO of Dutch Bros Coffee, previously worked at CKE Restaurant Holdings and P.F. Chang’s. CEO Elizabeth Williams welcomes their expertise for growth. Board members William “Bill” Floyd and Samuel Borgese retire on December 31, 2025, with Douglas Babb succeeding Floyd as chair. Deborah Gonzales and Joe Taylor will chair committees after retirements.
