European Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (ERES) has agreed to sell an 88-suite property in Schiedam, the Netherlands for approximately €20.6 million, with completion expected in March 2026. The net proceeds will be used for general trust purposes. ERES plans to strategically dispose of assets to position its remaining portfolio for a potential final en-bloc transaction. The REIT owns 1,033 residential suites in the Netherlands with a total fair value of approximately €311.7 million. ERES’s Units are listed on the TSX under ERE.UN.
