Fancamp Exploration Ltd. has been authorized to proceed with a normal course issuer bid (NCIB) to purchase up to 12,118,116 common shares for cancellation. The NCIB aims to increase shareholder value and is subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. Purchases will be made on the open market at prevailing market prices.

President and CEO Rajesh Sharma believes the current share price undervalues Fancamp and its future prospects. The NCIB is seen as an opportunity to demonstrate the Corporation’s confidence in its value, especially as it moves forward with the Spin Out process to create shareholder opportunities.

The NCIB is expected to commence around December 16, 2025, pending TSX-V approval, and will last up to 12 months. Fancamp’s decision to repurchase its own shares reflects its belief that the market price may not fully reflect its business value. The Corporation has retained Ventum Financial Corp. to conduct the NCIB on its behalf.

Fancamp has entered into an amending agreement with Harfang Exploration Inc. to potentially acquire up to an 80% interest in the Egan mineral property. The Amendment clarifies the issuance price of Fancamp’s common shares to Harfang. Fancamp focuses on medium-term growth and monetization opportunities in mineral projects across Ontario, Québec, and New Brunswick, with significant interests in various metals.

The Corporation’s diversified portfolio includes investments in iron ore, rare earth elements, copper, gold, and zinc exploration projects. Fancamp is managed by a seasoned leadership team with extensive experience in mining, exploration, and technology. The Corporation is committed to enhancing shareholder value through strategic investments and asset monetization opportunities.
