The Tribunal de Commerce in Evry has rejected both final takeover offers for Global Bioenergies, leading to a decision to convert from judicial reorganization to judicial liquidation. Master Alain-François Souchon has been appointed as the judicial liquidator to handle the sale of assets, including the patent portfolio. As a result, Global Bioenergies has requested the delisting of its shares from Euronext Growth, rendering them worthless for shareholders.
