The rise of artificial intelligence in the job market has led to the emergence of “vibe coding,” a new approach where users describe their project goals in plain language and AI generates the code. Alphabet partnered with vibe coding platform Replit to bring AI models to enterprise customers.
Replit, with a user base of over 40 million, operates on a freemium model and generates revenue through vibe coding, subscriptions, and marketplace transactions. The recent $250 million fundraise brought its valuation to $3 billion, but it still lags behind peers like Cursor and Cognition AI.
Google’s partnership with Replit allows its AI models, like Gemini, to be integrated into the platform. This not only drives revenue for Google Cloud but also provides valuable data for improving AI performance. Google aims to turn non-coders into software creators, tapping into a lucrative market.
Alphabet continues its strong financial performance, with Q3 2025 results exceeding expectations. Total revenue reached $102.3 billion, driven by Google Services and Cloud revenue growth. Operating cash flow surged, and the company closed the quarter with $23.1 billion in cash and equivalents.
Analysts rate GOOGL stock as a “Strong Buy,” with a mean target price of $324.88, indicating potential upside. However, valuation metrics are stretched compared to historical averages. Despite this, Google’s partnership with Replit is expected to boost revenue and further strengthen its financial position.
