Harmonic Inc. has received a binding offer from MediaKind to acquire its Video Business for $145 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026. This move is to allow Harmonic to focus on its virtualized Broadband segment and provide capital for growth initiatives. The company reaffirmed its financial guidance for the fourth quarter of 2025. In pre-market trading, Harmonic is up 8.36% at $10.50 on the Nasdaq.
