Hotel101 Global Holdings plans to develop a 429-key hotel in San Donato Milanese, Milan, Italy. The hotel will cater to both business and leisure travelers, offering various amenities and energy-efficient solutions. Construction is expected to be completed by 2028, contributing to Milan’s economy through foreign investment and job creation.

The hotel project in Milan is part of Hotel101 Global’s broader European strategy, following its asset-light “condotel” model. The development aims to attract local and international buyers, generating approximately €85.8m ($99.4m) in revenue upon full sale of all units. The company has ongoing international projects and operates affiliate hotels in the Philippines.

Hotel101 Global has entered a joint venture for the Milan development and previously partnered with Saudi Arabia’s Horizon Group for hotel projects in the kingdom. The company’s goal is to operate one million rooms across 100 countries, with 25 priority countries identified for expansion. Hotel101 Global is a subsidiary of Philippine-based DoubleDragon.
