Inovar Packaging Group has acquired Enterprise Marking Products (EMP), a flexographic label producer in Fishers, Indiana. EMP supplies labels for various industries, including food and beverage, with a focus on durable custom labels. The acquisition is part of Inovar’s strategy to expand its industrial capabilities and Midwest presence. Founder Chris Fread expressed confidence in EMP’s future under Inovar. The move strengthens Inovar’s position in the marketplace and enhances its technical capabilities. Inovar now operates 13 sites across the US, offering a range of labeling solutions. This acquisition follows Inovar’s recent purchase of ModTek in New Jersey.
