Ion Beam Applications SA has signed a contract with Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital in Korea to install a Proteus PLUS proton therapy solution. The typical price for the system ranges from 80 million to 100 million euros. The hospital plans to start treating patients by the end of 2029 with a system that includes three gantry treatment rooms and DynamicARC beam delivery capabilities. The proton therapy center will cover eight floors and 37,851 square meters. Ion Beam Applications closed trading at EUR 12.14 on the Brussels Stock Exchange.
