Shareholders of Korea Zinc have filed a lawsuit to prevent the sale of shares in a $7.4 billion US project. The sale would involve a stake in a joint venture with First Quantum Minerals Ltd. The lawsuit was filed in South Korea, where Korea Zinc is based. The project in question is a copper and cobalt mine in Panama.
