UK member of Baker Tilly International, MHA, to acquire Moore Stephens and Moore Stephens Consulting in UAE for £7.4m ($9.8m). Acquisition aims to expand international reach and target cross-border growth opportunities. MS UAE offers audit, tax, and advisory services in various sectors with 95 employees and projected revenue of £6.5m in 2025.

MS UAE founded in 1999, with headquarters in Dubai and additional offices in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and free zones. The firm is authorized to operate in all major UAE free zones. The acquisition will see both Moore Stephens entities transition to the MHA brand, with three partners expected to continue post-deal.

Transaction with MS UAE expected to be earnings enhancing within the first full financial year post-completion. MHA CEO Rakesh Shaunak highlights strategic M&A as a growth enabler, building a larger organization and international platform, enhancing client service, and creating opportunities for employees.
