Tesla’s Model 3 uses electronic door latches with a manual door release for emergencies. Safety experts criticize the lack of clear markings on the manual door release, especially for rear-seat passengers. Tesla’s stock is currently trading at $479.53, down 1.25 percent on the Nasdaq.
