NTT DATA Group Corp. has signed an agreement to acquire Brazilian SAP provider, SPRO IT Solutions. The deal is pending approval from Brazil’s CADE and will add 70 customers to NTT DATA Business Solutions. SPRO will become a subsidiary and operate independently under the brand SPRO, an NTT DATA Company. Founded in 2008, SPRO specializes in agribusiness technology and offers end-to-end digital transformation solutions on the SAP Store. NTT DATA’s stock is currently down 0.76% on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
