onsemi and Innoscience have signed a memorandum of understanding to accelerate GaN power device deployment, focusing on 40-200V range. The collaboration combines onsemi’s packaging expertise with Innoscience’s GaN technology, targeting industrial, automotive, telecom, consumer, and AI data center markets. Sampling expected to start in the first half of 2026.
