Rail Vision (RVSN) has announced the acquisition of 51% ownership of Quantum Transportation Ltd., a quantum computing and AI company specializing in error correction technologies. The closing of the Acquisition is expected in late December 2025 to early January 2026. Quantum Transportation holds an exclusive sub license for rail technologies and platforms. Through this transaction, Rail Vision aims to combine quantum-AI based intellectual property protection and innovation with its advanced vision and railway-safety technologies.
