Stablecoin payments company RedotPay raised $107 million in a Series B round, totaling $194 million in funding for 2025. The round was led by Goodwater Capital, with participation from other investors. RedotPay, based in Hong Kong, offers stablecoin-based payment products and has more than 6 million users in over 100 markets.

RedotPay plans to use the funding for acquisitions, licenses, compliance, and expanding operations. The company processes over $10 billion in annualized payment volume, generating $150 million in annualized revenue. In September, RedotPay raised $47 million, valuing the business at over $1 billion. The company partnered with Ripple in December for a crypto-to-naira payout feature.

In 2025, several stablecoin-focused companies have raised capital. In August, venture investors committed nearly $100 million to stablecoin infrastructure companies. Switzerland-based M0 and US startup Rain secured investments. Coinflow raised $25 million in October, and CMT Digital closed a $136 million fund in November. The stablecoin market has grown significantly since the passage of the GENIUS Act in the US.
