Robex Resources Inc. has received notice from Predictive Discovery Limited that a proposal from Perseus Mining Limited is considered a Superior Proposal. Robex has five days to respond with a matching or superior offer. Robex is currently evaluating its options. Perseus Mining Limited has made a definitive binding offer to acquire all remaining shares in Predictive Discovery. The offer includes an exchange ratio of 0.1360 Perseus Shares for each Predictive share. Predictive shareholders, excluding Perseus, will own approximately 18.4% of all issued Perseus shares if the acquisition goes through.
