ServiceNow has extended the employment agreement of CEO William McDermott through at least December 31, 2030. His total compensation will be tied to the company’s performance compared to its peer group. If McDermott transitions to Executive Chairman, his pay will reflect the new role. The company also updated its Executive Severance Policy, changing severance payments and benefits for the CEO in case of a Qualifying Termination.
