ServiceNow is set to acquire Armis for $7.75bn in cash to enhance its security workflow solutions across various sectors. The deal will integrate Armis’ platform with ServiceNow’s AI platform, offering asset discovery, threat intelligence, risk prioritization, and automated remediation. This move addresses the increasing demand for cybersecurity solutions as organisations adopt AI technologies. Armis, founded in 2015, has developed agentless discovery tools for IT assets and reported annual recurring revenue exceeding $340m. The transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026 pending regulatory approval.
