ServiceNow, Inc. plans to acquire Veza, an AI-native identity security platform, to enhance its Security and Risk portfolio. Veza’s Access Graph will provide visibility and control over data access, applications, systems, and AI artifacts. The deal aims to tighten AI identity controls and improve exposure management for ServiceNow’s products. ServiceNow runs tens of billions of workflows annually.
