The system has improved inspection efficiency by 32%, checking 1,740 cartons per day. The company aims to achieve “Zero Claim” status and monitor every supply chain stage in real time. Plans for full deployment of an end-to-end traceability system are in place, along with AI-driven production management tools and sustainable logistics solutions. ShinWon is also implementing a blockchain-based traceability platform for monitoring ethical standards among suppliers.
