Soybeans are trading lower midday, with losses of 5 to 7 cents. The national average Cash Bean price is down 6 cents at $10.00 1/2. Soymeal futures are up 90 cents to $1.20, and Soy Oil futures are up 68 points.

USDA reported a private export sale of 136,000 MT to China. Export Inspections data showed soybean shipments at 795,661 MT, down 22.4% from the previous week. China, Germany, and Vietnam were top destinations. Marketing year shipments are down 46.3% year over year.

An Export Sales report revealed 2.232 MMT in sales, with 2.14 MMT sold to China. Meal sales were 150,951 MT, and soybean oil sales were 7,540 MT. NOPA data showed a 5.1% drop in soybean crushing from October, but a record for November.

AgRural estimated the Brazilian soybean crop at 97% planted. Jan 26 Soybeans are at $10.70 3/4, Nearby Cash is at $10.00 1/2, Mar 26 Soybeans are at $10.80, and May 26 Soybeans are at $10.91 1/2.
