THEON International (THEON) announces a share capital increase through a rights offering of approximately €150 million. The offering includes 8,624,645 new Ordinary Shares at a Subscription Price of €17.40 per share. The Subscription Period runs from December 2 to December 15, with majority shareholders committing to subscribe for 71.0% of the New Shares. THEON also recently entered into an agreement to purchase a 9.8% stake in Exosens SA for €268.7 million. The net proceeds from the offering, expected to be around €146 million, will help finance this acquisition. The Rights will be traded on Euronext Amsterdam from December 2 to December 11.
