TransDigm Group Incorporated has agreed to acquire Stellant Systems, Inc. for $960 million in cash. Stellant, a maker of high-power electronic components for aerospace and defense, is expected to generate around $300 million in revenue for the year. CEO Mike Lisman is excited about the acquisition, stating that Stellant’s products align well with TransDigm’s business strategy and will create equity value in line with their long-term objectives.
