Wealth Enhancement acquires Spectrum Wealth Management and Putman Group, expanding its reach in California. The deal brings in a team of 14 financial professionals overseeing $182m in client assets, led by Benjamin Ross Putman. This adds to Wealth Enhancement’s $131.2bn assets under management and strengthens their tax planning specialization.

Spectrum Wealth Management, established in 2002, focuses on comprehensive financial planning. Putman Group, their associated tax practice founded in 1991, offers services including financial and tax planning, risk management, and investment management for business clients and high-net-worth individuals. This acquisition enhances Wealth Enhancement’s integrated wealth management model.

Wealth Enhancement CEO Jeff Dekko praises Spectrum Wealth Management’s highly credentialed team and deep specialization in tax planning. The addition of Spectrum Wealth Management and Putman Group bolsters Wealth Enhancement’s presence in California and increases their assets under management to over $131.2bn. This move aligns with their commitment to providing comprehensive wealth management services.

Wealth Enhancement recently acquired independent registered investment adviser Wise Wealth, marking their 100th acquisition. This undisclosed deal added $464m in client assets to Wealth Enhancement’s portfolio, raising total client assets to over $125bn. The company continues to expand its presence in the financial planning and investment management sector with strategic acquisitions.
