Wereldhave has sold Full Service Center Sterrenburg in Dordrecht, Netherlands, to Pertinea for €60 million. The sale completes Wereldhave’s planned disposal program in the Netherlands. Additionally, the acquisition of Ville2 in Charleroi, Belgium, was successfully completed, partially funded by new equity and debt. Wereldhave Belgium secured €30 million in private placement debt and extended €55 million in existing bank facilities. These transactions strengthen Wereldhave’s balance sheet and extend the average debt maturity of Wereldhave Belgium to 4.2 years. CFO Dennis de Vreede praised the team for executing the capital rotation strategy.
