Tutor Perini (TPC) is a general contracting company that just started a 6-cent-per-share dividend. Orla Mining (ORLA) is evolving into a mid-tier producer and is starting a 1.5-cent-per-share quarterly distribution. ePlus (PLUS) is offering a 25-cent quarterly dividend, and Visteon (VC) introduced a 27.5-cent quarterly dividend. G-III Apparel Group (GIII) announced a 10-cent quarterly dividend, while California BanCorp (BCAL) started a 10-cent quarterly dividend. Carnival Corp. (CCL) is resuming its dividend program with a 15-cent quarterly payment.
