Amazon.com Inc. is in talks to invest up to $50 billion in OpenAI, expanding their existing agreement. OpenAI is also seeking $100 billion in new capital for growth and considering an IPO in Q4 2026. Amazon’s stock closed at $241.73, down 0.53%, and slipped to $239.05 in overnight trading.
