Ascent Solar (ASTI) Technologies has finalized agreements to sell 1,818,182 shares of common stock, series A warrants for 1,818,182 shares, and short-term series B warrants for 909,091 shares at $5.50 per share in a private placement, expected to raise approximately $10M. The offering is set to close on or about January 26, with potential additional gross proceeds of $15M if warrants are fully exercised. H.C. Wainwright & Co. is the exclusive placement agent for the deal.
