BitMine has locked up nearly $1.6 billion of Ethereum in staking contracts, becoming a major network validator. They deposited 82,560 ETH on January 2, bringing their total staked inventory to 544,064 ETH. BitMine aims to generate yield on its holdings and is planning a major expansion with a proposal to increase authorized shares to 50 billion. BitMine could take advantage of NAV premium and potential tokenization trends to reach $250,000 ETH.
