Lassila & Tikanoja Plc has announced the composition of its Nomination Board. The three largest shareholders have appointed representatives to the board, including Evald and Hilda Nissi Foundation, Chemec Oy, and Nordea Funds Ltd. The Nomination Board is responsible for proposing board members and remuneration for the next Annual General Meeting. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Jukka Leinonen, is also a member of the Nomination Board, with Juhani Lassila as the Chairman.
