Nilfisk’s insurer filed a lawsuit in Denmark regarding an insurance payout for the destruction of the Group’s US distribution center by a tornado. The Court ruled in favor of the insurer, reducing the total claim from 19 mEUR to 17 mEUR. Nilfisk plans to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court.
