A partnership between LightHouse Data Centers and Wharton Digital aims to deliver over 2 GW of capacity for hyperscale, AI, and cloud customers in North America. Wharton invested in LightHouse, providing funding for growth and expansion of data center campuses. The companies plan to deliver multiple facilities in 2026 and 2027.
Wharton Equity Partners, with expertise in real estate, has invested in LightHouse and contributed its powered land business to the platform. The partnership aims to develop hyperscale campuses and metro infill sites. Wharton’s funding will enable growth and expansion of LightHouse, which currently has 300 MW of operating capacity and over 2 GW in active development.
