Egypt’s Bank NXT partners with IBM and Inspire for Solutions Development to upgrade its digital banking infrastructure. IBM Instana, IBM Turbonomic, and IBM Cloud Pak are being used to enhance observability, optimise IT resources, and streamline operations, aiming to reduce costs and improve customer service delivery.

Bank NXT CEO Tamer Seif highlights the progress in strengthening digital platform reliability, boosting operational efficiency, accelerating service delivery, and enhancing customer experience. IBM tools like Instana and Turbonomic aid in real-time tracking, issue detection, automation of resource allocation, and hybrid cloud management.

To further enhance operations, Bank NXT introduces IBM Cloud Pak for Integration and IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation. Training programmes for staff cover automation, integration, observability, and DevOps processes. Inspire for Solutions Development plays a key role in building and transferring knowledge for the digital transformation.

IBM Northeast Africa general manager Marwa Abbas praises the collaboration with Bank NXT to create a high-performance digital banking environment. IBM’s tools provide visibility, control, and innovation, with Inspire contributing to successful execution. Deutsche Bank also plans to extend its partnership with IBM, incorporating more software products into its operations.
