Lunchbox has teamed up with OPA! to offer a new marketplace ordering model for restaurants. This partnership allows restaurants on Lunchbox to be listed on OPA!’s commission-free marketplace. Customers can order directly, earn loyalty points, and enjoy the same branding as on a restaurant’s own app. Orders placed on OPA! go through Lunchbox’s API to avoid traditional delivery systems. All data is shared back with the restaurant, and loyalty points earned are reflected in existing rewards schemes. Island Fin Poké is the first brand to go live on OPA!. The collaboration aims to help restaurants grow through first-party marketplaces.
