Middlesex Water Company’s subsidiary, Tidewater Utilities, Inc., has acquired the water system assets serving 360 customers in Pinewood Acres, Delaware. The acquisition was approved by the Delaware Public Service Commission, allowing TUI to become the owner and operator of the water utility assets. Pinewood Acres residents will benefit from continued reliable water service and expanded customer service options. Tidewater Utilities has been serving Delaware for over 60 years, operating wells and water treatment facilities for approximately 62,000 customers across the state.
