Mobix Labs (MOBX) announced the pricing of its public offering of 30,000,000 shares for approximately $6M. The offering is expected to close on January 7, 2026. D. Boral Capital is the Sole Placement Agent. Proceeds will be used for working capital, growth initiatives, and M&A strategy in key markets.
