Since August, the local school district has reported 24 cases of Waymo’s robotaxis passing stopped school buses in Austin. Waymo’s driverless cars are required to stop for school buses with stop-arms extended and red lights flashing to ensure the safety of students. Despite efforts to address the issue, violations have persisted.
